This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") outlines how Food-Generator.com processes data during your use of our Service.

1. Data Roles

• Food-Generator.com acts primarily as a Data Controller, determining the purpose and means of data processing.
• OpenAI and Render.com serve as third-party processors/sub-processors.

2. Data Processing Details

• Purpose: Processing photos of ingredients to generate meal suggestions.
• Processing: Uploaded photos are processed immediately via the OpenAI API. Photos are never stored, retained, or logged.
• Storage: Food-Generator.com uses Render.com for hosting the Service. We also maintain an internal database of recipes without personal or user data.

5. User Data

No user-identifiable data is stored or processed beyond the immediate processing of uploaded photos, which are deleted instantly after processing.
